PHILOSOPHY:

At North Star Sleep Consulting we believe that there is not a one size fits all sleep goal. Our goal is to help parents understand that children sleep just a little different than adults.  What you thought you knew about sleep might not be the case for our babes. My goal is to help you get your child on the right path to sleep so that you can be the best parent that you can be.

Goals for your child:

  • I believe in an 80-20 schedule. 80% of the time we stay on schedule and 20% of the time we are flexible.
  • Ensure positive sleep habits.
  • Establishing a nap routine based upon age.
  • Ending night feeds that are not medically necessary.
  • Transitioning from a crib to a bed.
